We noticed water damage in our kitchen ceiling from where our toilet sits upstairs. We had recently had a new bathroom reno which included a new toilet, so to find a leak was very frustrating. Our contractor didn't use a licensed plumber so most of his work has been fixed by Valentin at Strong Plumbing. I can't recommend his work enough and the peace of mind he brings, knowing that the work is done correctly. I wouldn't trust our plumbing needs to anyone else!

Carl and his team were a pleasure to work with. Great communication, fair pricing and speedy response time. As with any leak situation you want it resolved quickly and properly. Carl made sure both were done and affordably. They even had to come back to extend our weeping tile and did so almost instantly. Great work all around and Carl was always reachable by text at any time. Highly recommend for interior waterproofing.

When we first discovered termite activity in our upper beach home we did some research and decided to go with Aetna. Richard’s expert advice made sense and we trusted that their approach would be the best. They provided the most thorough plan of attack at a reasonable and competitive price. However when they were treating the exterior foundation of the house, they accidentally flooded our basement floor. Richard immediately assessed the situation and didn’t hesitate for a moment to make it right. The customer service with these guys is incredible and they replaced the floors at our earliest convenience at no additional cost. Richard wanted to make it right and they went above and beyond to not only solve the termite problem (which is now gone) but to fix the damage caused to the floors. We highly recommend Richard and his team, as accidents do happen in these older homes, and it’s a relief knowing that they really care about their work and their customers.

James and his team did an incredible job removing a fallen tree caused by the crazy windstorm May 4th. His response time was almost immediate even in the aftermath of the storm. His pricing was very competitive and the work was done only days after giving the quote. Which was a huge factor considering the circumstances. His team took great care in not damaging anything in our yard. A big thing for me was his honesty and communication. I felt confident he was going to get the job done when promised and done right. Highly recommend!

Len was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Extemely fast and great work and a very fair price. We had Mega City in last year for ‘yearly maintenance’ and they took our money without mentioning the fact that our furnace didn’t have the proper filter or that it was installed incorrectly (likely by them). We now have a filter that actually fits and is working properly thanks to Len and his team. Highly recommend!
