I replaced all the windows in my house and added a few additional ones as part of a larger renovation. My brother had recommended I get a quote from Ambia as he had selected them for his house and was very happy. I gathered quotes from three different companies and found the pricing to be broadly similar. However, Tony was by far the most professional and efficient of all the people I dealt with during this process (My contractor who was present at the house for the visits also gave him the thumbs up). Tony explained all the options and provided useful advice on what would work for my particular situation, covering everything from window sizes to colors to grills. Also, when comparing the different products I had the sense that the quality of the Vinylbilt windows exceeded that of the other manufacturers. So in the end, choosing Ambia was the obvious choice. After final measurements and order confirmation, Tony kept me well informed of my order status and contacted me a week before the delivery date to inform me how to prepare for installation day. On installation day, Frank and his team arrived right on time as promised. They worked neatly, efficiently and were also extremely professional - making sure everything was installed right and to my satisfaction. Absolutely no issues, and no problem with clean up. Of course, Tony followed up shortly after to make sure everything was ok. Everything is actually awesome and I would choose Ambia again without hesitation, although i'm pretty sure i'm not going to need new windows again for a long time! They are the model of how things should be done in the home renovation industry as a whole.

We needed to remove a wall in our house to build a kitchen island. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment, did his measurements, discussed our needs and put the drawings together without any hassle. He came back to discuss our options before submitting the plan to the city and within a few days he was back with our permit in hand. During the project he was in touch with our contractor and made sure everything went smoothly per plan. Just awesome!

We chose Andrews and Sons as they have worked for us before and actually did a pretty good job. This time they were hired to remove a tree for us, trim some other trees and remove deadwood. They completed the tree removal but not the rest of the work because some tool had broken. However, we paid in full expecting the company to return soon to complete the work. Unfortunately, more than 4 months later we are still waiting. Many telephone calls to the office not responded to. We did at some point manage to get Kevin Andrews on the phone but he basically told us he was not going to come back to complete the work. No valid reason given, and not a great way to treat a repeat customer.

Mark re-faced our entire, crumbling porch. He is a stone mason of the old school - hammer, chisel, a keen eye and love for the material. The end result looks great and adds value to our home.
