I had 26 new windows and fiberglass door installed for the front of my house this July 2019. Brian Mintz met with me and discussed my needs and the products and met me a second time to see the door in person. The windows are much better than my previous builder windows and the door is a work of decor art. The installation was done perfectly and fast and cleaned up by the end of day by an amazing crew of efficient and hard workers. Once my stucco is done the house will look brand new! Thank you Thermo Bilt! Strongly recommend them.

Yitzie and his team have been cleaning my house windows for several years now, twice a year. It makes a big difference that they have experienced and careful workers. We have a stucco house which requires the right equipment and proper usage of it. Maple has always done a perfect job in a timely manner and for a competitive price. Highly recommend them!

Abco technicians are the owners and anytime there is any kind of issue they are there to provide service. Excessive condensation on one of my windows resulted in a bad contact. ABCO was there the next morning and replaced the contact and did not even charge me! I last reviewed ABCO in 2006. They remain fantastic! Marc Bathurst and Fairlawn ave.

I have been using their services for years. The lawn speaks for itself with no weeds and green green grass. They do other services for me as well throughout the season-aerating and fertilizing. They inspect and if more application is required they do it without charge. They are easy to deal with and no hassles.

Small outfit but they know their supplies and won't over-sell you. Their prices are reasonable. They arrange for install and do it efficiently as scheduled. I have bought many accessories from them after the purchase and am very happy with their service and products(GS 710 central vac).

I have been using this company for years. Each window is cleaned perfectly. They are punctual, personable, and perfectionists! Mr. Nussbaum follows up with me every spring and fall and the price charged is very reasonable.

Ron and his installers were great to deal with- very easy going and didn't push other items that they carry-that I will be getting in the near future from them. They came in when they scheduled the appointment; they finished when they said they would finish; and the floor looks great. No more dirt and cracks-showroom floor that is not slippery when wet and easy to clean. OnWall Solutions also was quite competitive in pricing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

They were very helpful on the phone and came to give me an estimate quite quickly. They explained my options and the best one was injecting the crack and filling from the inside. The work was shown to me and I am quite pleased of the outcome.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
The injection job is much cleaner than digging up the foundation

There are very few instances when it is mandatory to repair cracks in poured concrete foundations using external excavation and waterproofing techniques. An example of a "necessary" external crack repair would be a leaking, inaccessible crack located behind an electrical panel. Crack injection also costs significantly less than external excavation and is less destructive.

ABCO Security are professional, clearly experienced and completely service oriented. They have designed, installed, monitored and serviced my alarm systems in each house I have owned in Toronto since 1992. They never over-sell and are reasonably priced. KGA Kitchen & Bathroom are not only for kitchens and bathrooms, they build high end home offices and home theatre cabinets beyond comparison. KGA are executive class professionals that listen to you design it build it and fine tune it so that you end up exactly with what you have dreamed of!(I know, because my wife and I needed a functioning home office for years, but wouldn't forgo the high-end look we needed for form.We now have it along with a floor to ceiling home theatre cabinet that houses our big screen tv, components and sliding drawers for hundreds of dvds). The owner Khang will help you design the project, is on site and provides personal service above and beyond with recommendations that obviously come from years of practice as a master cabinet builder. The lead glass windows are the perfect touch with deep walnut on the finest maple, completed with large crown moulding and detailed columns. KGA builds fine furniture and will be building my next kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet. I would not take the time to do this survey unless I really believed in KGA. I do.
