Intellitek did a good job for our 2 security monitoring systems. At the very beginning, Victoria and Sam provided helpful advice regrading the configuration of our sucurity monitoring systems. They let us know all the important information regrading the product including its features, software download, setup and warranty. The installation was efficient and professional. They even bought the TV standers on behalf of us as we were too busy to buy by ourselves- it's not their job at all. ( big thank you to Sam and Victor ) Their product and service is reliable. The first monitoring system works very well, then we decided to install the 2nd monitoring system in another warehouse after 3 months. Now both systems work well. They have excellent customer service. Victor was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. We're very satisfied with Intellitek's service and considering let them to install the 3rd system in our 3rd warehouse.
