Our front porch was decaying, our fence was due for replacement, and we were having some serious challenges with raccoons getting into our green bin weekly! We did some extensive research on homestars and on the internet, and we were so fortunate to find Zion and his team at Binsolutions. Not only did Zion come to our home promptly to give us a quote, he also took the time to explain all of the code and products required to complete our project. He listened to all of our concerns and even had some great ideas to add to our plans. Before he our initial meeting, he ensured that our current porch was safe by reinforcing our top step that was falling apart! Upon starting our project, Zion's team was extremely considerate, they worked tirelessly to do the demolition and have our beautiful cedar porch, storage bin, and fence done all within about a week's time. Trevor and Nicole were precise with their work and really polite and lovely to be around, they constantly asked for my feedback and wanted to make sure that it was looking just the way we had asked for. Everything was cleaned up from the job and complete very quickly. Zion followed up twice to make sure we were happy with the work and even gave us some expert tips to sand and stain the porch ourselves. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Binsolutions.

We had just bought a 100 year old + home and two of the rooms were in desperate need of plastering and painting. From the minute Rene stepped in our home he made us feel comfortable and confident that his work would be nothing short of fantastic. He laboured for hours fixing large cracks, sanding,repainting the doors and trim, and even when one of the rooms turned out to have a lot of issues, he never swayed from his price on our quote. He is a genuine diamond in the rough, he is caring, hardworking, and detailed oriented. It was an absolute relief to have someone as honest and knowledgeable as Boris come by to assess the situation in our newly purchased 100+ year old home. The furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water tank were on the verge of quitting. Boris came in and did a thorough assessment and gave us a list of options with full disclosure on price, warranty, and useful information on environmentally responsible and affordable choices. Kam did an efficient job of installation and everything looked clean & tidy when all was said and done, and Boris called back that same evening to answer a few questions regarding our new stuff. They even completed a portion of our rebates for us! Overall this was an excellent experience.
