New interlocking pool surround, walkway and retaining wall
I found Terry through homestars. His high ratings are well-deserved. Terry and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were always courteous and left the worksite tidy at the end of each day. They completed the job within my budget and on schedule. My backyard looks incredible - I can't wait to enjoy it this summer! I would recommend them without hesitation!
Sunday night my husband was doing laundry and noticed a trail of mud leading into our basement floor drain. We figured water must have come up the drain when the washer was running. I had someone from the city come out to take a look and they said to call a commerical plumber. I found Roy's number on Homestars. I arranged for Roy to come out on Saturday morning because he wanted me to be home when he came by, and I didn't want to miss a day of work (at this point there was no water in the basement). Sure enough, Friday morning after some bad weather, our basement completely flooded. I called Roy and he came over within the hour. He put a snake down the drain and the water cleared out immediately. He then put his camera down the drain and saw that our p-trap needed replacing. He arranged for a pair of guys to come out the following morning and break-up part of the basement floor and remove the p-trap. Overall it took about 5 hours work, was sorted out within 5 days and cost us about $1000. Roy was really friendly and quick to respond. I would definintely recommend him.
