All email regarding job have gone unanswered to this point and we are now two months past the incident. When I went into my unit to see how the demolition was going, the materials had not been removed as promised and the items on my patio which I was told would not be touched, were all thrown around items piled on top. My plants died from being put under cover. I felt that I was treated very disrespectfully especially considering the already stressful situation that I was going through. They are contracted for the rebuilding and we are left hoping for the best.

There was a fire in the unit above me and due to the sprinkler system we had water damage in our unit. They treated all our personal items with the utmost respect and everything was handled with detail and attention. Quick to answer on the phone and super easy to deal. with

I bought a fridge, dryer, washer and stove. They delivered exactly on time as part of our renovation and went the extra mile by changing my fridge door from left to right after they delivered at no extra charge. They removed all they old appliances and gave me a discount for that as well. The delivery people would not even take a tip when i offered for all their hard work. I recommend them a lot of friends.
