I called this company, with a strict timeline that they give me a price and I gave them a commitment for, they refused to show up, postponed me multiple days and ultimately stopped answering the phone. Would not recommend under any circumstances to ANYBOD LY First they told me they would be there on Tuesday, then it turned into Wednesday, then it was Thursday at 2:30. If you have any fraction of emphasis on customer service this is the absolute last company you should never called in your life. The man won’t call you back. He will not respond, I would imagine they would even take your money and do nothing for it. They should not be licensed electricians and I am convinced they have no idea what they were doing. Contractors, homeowners, anybody, do not call this company

We are a home builder / remodelling business We hired Richard through his partner Rudy. We gave them a very simple, clear scope of work. They had to dig the driveway ten inches, and fill it righ 5 inches of 3/4 clear gravel. First thing they did was to not excavate anything and fill gravel on the top. We asked them to prove with photos that they’d done it. They mislead us blatantly, and then we investigated, and realized they barely excavated whatsoever. Upon being asked to return and rectify this, they obliged and came back, this time excavating the driveway. Instead of putting gravel and finishing the job, they elected (at no ones direction) to put crushed limestone instead. They also left large piles of dirt, and large messes, all around the property and damaging the lawn while at it, blatantly using incorrect materials thinking no one would know. Ultimately, we asked them not to return, had to excavate the crushed limestone (once again) and put gravel. Upon doing so, because of the misconduct, we as a General Contractor had to refund the client his money. These men shouldn’t be contractors and are the reason for client mistrust in trades.

I found Taylor and his crew online, he gave me a good price from the first phone call and had one of his workers come out and verify it. The next day they came and remove the entire tree, and removed all of the brush and debris including a nice quality rake finish. They took the stump down as low as possible, overall I was very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Taylor to our friends and neighbors. Thanks so much!

We originally hired Leo after receiving several quotes for a scope of work, of which his was by far the most reasonable. He gave us the quote in a very timely manner, and executed the job in the exact time frame he said he would. The price didn’t change, and the final result was better than expected. Very satisfied overall, I would certainly use him again for any project in the future

We contacted mark originally to get a set of shower walls made. He was personable at first and told us they had a “special” on where we could take advantage of a discount should we place a deposit immediately. We agreed because he seemed reliable. We placed the deposit and received a receipt / invoice We have made attempts to move forward with Mark to get him in but he will not respond or answer his phone. We have since moved out of the property and he has refused to contact us back or provide a refund (which he actually promised in writing on several occasions) He says he was in a “ski accident” in the middle of May. June he says he will return our money. Another “ski accident” This man is fully dishonest and I have no hard time believing all the other reviews. We are a young couple and this guy came full forward to take advantage. Don’t trust this guy with 50 cents. He’s probably faced multiple lawsuits, bankruptcies etc. He should be charged for all the people he’s defrauded

My company had retained the services of One and Done (Taylor) while I was out of town to clean up various items from an ongoing project site and needing the space open to build walls, we did not have the opportunity to arrange for a bin in that time and we found Taylor very prompt and reliable. He was very clear with me in his communications and coordinated with me to assist my team while I was overseas. They cleaned up very well after the debris was removed. This is not the first time we have used him and certainly won’t be the last. Would recommend to all in need of this service.

I hired Streetsville landscape to perform some work for us after meeting them during another project which they had referred us. I had them install sod, remove some obstructions from the yard and lay out a new patch of garden for a client They also came and assisted me in clearing out a rental property from intensive debris left behind by the tenant All in all I found these guys were extremely punctual and did an excellent job. When I asked them to return for some things they missed they did so right away

I have gotten work done from Vince & his team at Drain Sense on several occasions. The first time Vince did work for us was at a commercial office of a family member of mine - where Another company had quoted us 8,000$ to remove all the concrete foundation and replace the entire piping network underneath. We found this excessive and decided to call for some additional opinions. Vince showed up and told us this was completely unnecessary, that the pipes were not shifted and only blocked. After verifying this with his camera he proceeded to solve the problem. Even though he encountered different complications on the way, Vince resolved all issues and did not invoice us any extra, sticking to his original quote despite our willingness to pay more. Since then, Vince has performed several projects, big and small, for clients of mine in various locations. Plumbing and otherwise, I would never hesitate to contract Vince for any works required, or to refer him for any reason to my associates. Great Work Vince - Keep it up!
