From booking to execution So-Clean was great. The guys that did the job were very attentive, calling before arrival, then introducing themselves to reviewing the job with me when done. I'll gladly recommend them.

Alan called in advance to say he would be on time. He arrived as stated, introduced himself and proceeded to do a fantastic job! He didn't rush through it but took the time to get it right. It was a pleasure doing business with Alan and So-Clean. I'll be back!

Gancy came exactly on time, examined the problem, explained what we were up against, gave us a quote, then remediated the problem. He left us with instructions to follow going forward, sent us an invoice and we paid by E-transfer. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

Our old Jenn-Air 48" built-in side-by-side refrigerator stopped working. We needed a new fridge quickly. We searched and found very little choice available. We located a "floor model" at the Canadian Appliance Source location in Etobicoke. My wife drove down from our home in Maple to check it out. It looked pretty good. She ordered it, arranged through CAS for removal of the old fridge (the next day), delivery (the day after that) & installation (in 1 week) of the new one and paid a deposit. We had to pay the balance the same day. The following day 2 guys showed up to remove our old fridge. They stood there looking like deer in headlights and said they didn't know how to remove a fridge like ours. They left and we had to remove our own fridge as the new fridge was coming the next day! How inept is that? The delivery and installation went OK. It was only when I went to register our fridge that I discovered that, because the company that CAS uses exclusively to remove and install fridges was not a Jenn-Air Certified Installer we would not be getting the free 1 year extended warranty. This was worth $279.99 + HST. Jenn-Air told me there was nothing they could do as we had to use a certified installer. I emailed our salesman, Imran, but he just said that that was the only installer they used. He offered to SELL me that extended warranty at a discount. I suggested that the only reason I could come up with for this situation was that CAS only got "referral fees" from that installer but not from Jenn-Air certified installers. Looks like small claims court is the next step! Seems like the many 1 star reviewers were right - this company only cares about today's sale, not the customer, not after-sales-service, not future sales, just money today.

I have had my Jenn-Air fridge for about 10 years. About 4 years ago we had a problem with our ice maker. It took them 2 months to finally resolve the issue, what with no-show appointments, parts on order and service tech's ineptitude. About 2 1/2 years ago we had a problem with the evaporator which is supposed to extract the moisture out of the freezer. It took a few visits to get it changed. Total cost - $533.24. This January we started hearing the same noises we had when we had the evaporator issue before. I called for service & complained that this was the same issue I had previously had. A tech came and took apart the fridge, cleaned up the evaporator and then put it back together, no charge. I asked why he hadn't put in a new evaporator. He said they should last the life of the fridge. The noise came back a few weeks later. Whirlpool sent 2 techs and replaced the evaporator again! $420.60! One of the techs said these things were poorly designed. No kidding! Never again!
