What at first I thought was great service quickly became a nightmare experience. This company offers a 100% money back guarantee and what they call a 10d cooling off period to return equipment. From the day the heat pump was installed there was issues and now the furnace and heat pump are not heating or cooling my house. After almost 3 months trying to get hold of this company I am left with out getting emails and phone calls returned and they are trying to charge me $1500 money to take back their equipment that doesnt work. Do not fall for their guarantees. I now have a $13,000 heating and cooling system that doesnt work for my home and they are doing nothing about it except giving me the run around for 3 months!!!!!!!
