I met Natalie Honey Centra Sales at the fall homeshow (2015). She was demonstrating Centra's doors and gave my wife and I, an in-depth informative description of the product without pressure sales. After that we decided to place an order with Centra. During the process, we questioned the possibility of financing to allow time for us to conjure the cash. Natalie skillfully handled that without tears.. Installers Nick Read and Dave Bishop arrived with their mobile workshop on 4th February 2016 as scheduled. They quickly started work removing the old doors and of course met with some challenges attributable to the old doors and finishing. They deftly solved the issues and installed the doors with excellent workmanship. Another crew came in later to assist with cleanup of the site and removal of the old doors. Both crews were professional, polite and efficient. The product quality was in keeping with the specification and appearance. The rooms are now warmer than before. Its a shame we don't have any other doors to replace at this time. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service and product installed. We have no hesitation to recommend Centra.

We found their work to be sloppy, their products ineffective and unevenly applied and burnt patches were left on our lawn. Some of our plants were also killed by their application of moss killer. Their customer service representatives are rude, they do not respond to complaints, and continue to phone after you have told them you no longer wish to deal with them. They arrived without being asked and tried to charge us for this. We were incorrectly told our lawn had chafer beetles and the company tried to sell us expensive remedies for this. Their 'service' was a complete waste of time and money and we found them very obnoxious to deal with. Neighbours also had the same experience with them and have consequently all canceled their services.

He rebuilt our front railings on our deck and he also installed back stairs outside as well. We found Gord through our painter and his work was outstanding. He's not fast but very precise and honest. We bought some very expensive wood so we happy to use someone that was going to do a first class job. The only downside was he was a little slow. If you are not in a hurry he's worth the wait.
