I just bought a century house that was owned by cat lovers. Given my allergies, I wanted to get our ducts cleaned. Paul and his crew were quick to mobilize within short notice. Once onsite, I was blown away by their thoroughness and attention to detail. They took their time, and went above and beyond. I was amazed by the amount of crap sucked out of the vents! The day after, I noticed a thin layer of dust throughout the main floor, likely from the vacuum. I contacted Paul, and he quickly resolved the issue by offering a cleaning service. That to me demonstrated ownership and genuine customer care.

As far as the mess goes, we really do try to clean up and have HEPA filters on the vacuum, so really not sure what went wrong there, but non the less, having a professional cleaning company hired by you to clean up our mess only made sense. You have to take responsibility for some of the goof-ups that occur, and I am a big beleiver of customer service, so glad to see that you were appreciative of that.
