We purchased a house in 2013 with baseboard heating and a gas fireplace. Wouldn't you know it, our gas fireplace didn't work! We asked for a quote online and received a response same day from Cathy. She could NOT have been more helpful with our questions, and sent a tech out on a weeknight for us. Since then, the pilot light has gone out three more times. We emailed Advantage every time since, and they've been on cost as quoted in the emails every time. We really need to replace our gas fireplace and get rid of our baseboard heaters, and when we do (aka can afford it!) - we'll be using Advantage for sure.

We moved into our house in 2013 and one of the first things we needed to do was to merge the two electrical systems into one meter and fusebox. It took less than three weeks from Estimate to the project being completed. It was on cost, fairly priced, and the team were very conscious of keeping the house tidy while they did the work. Ever since, whenever we have electrical work to be done we call them, and they're usually available within a day or two! We've had a couple of rooms re-wired since then.

Thanks Heather. We are happy to hear that we are your "Go-To Electrical Team." Any work involving the "main electrical service," "metering," "panel replacements" or "service upgrades" does require time to schedule with the Local Distribution Company (or LDC). Their services are required to disconnect and reconnect the electrical service from the building while we work on replacing or upgrading the system. This usually can take a week or two (unless it is an emergency). We always arrange everything ahead of time with the LDC and obtain the required permit from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). *** Keeping your home clean during the work that we do, and a good cleanup afterwards are a top priority for us. We are glad you notice this, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future the next time you need anything electrical looked after in your home. Thank you Heather for choosing Captain Electric. ...bw
