We signed a contract for 10 years with this company. We are three years in and every year so for they have increased the fees. Do not deal with this company, I would deal with reliance if given the chance again. There prices stayed the same. This "Simply Comfort" company does not even let you know when the price increases. My increase for this year is over $4.per month, and I was not notified. That price is for furnace and hot water heater. Rent to own.
