We moved into our house over two years ago and only just had our ducts cleaned. After reading dozens of reviews we decided to call The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I wish we called them sooner! I called their office quite late in the day so left a message but within 24 hours they returned my call. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the guys showed up right on time. They were tidy and extremely professional. They obviously take pride in their work. Payment was easy and exactly as posted on their website. Thanks gentlemen!

We wanted to replace our oversized patio door with new doors with internal mini blinds. We learned that doors with blinds come in fixed widths and the largest was over 1' narrower than our current doors. Bar was the only person we met to propose an elegant solution to allow us to keep the wide window despite this issue. Bar proposed installing a frosted side-light window to fill the remaining space. He was able to schedule the installation much quicker than any one else with whom we had met. His installers arrived when promised on the morning after a snow storm and worked effortlessly outdoors all day to complete the installation. The only hiccup that occurred with the project was that one of the two bolts to attach the door handle broke during installation. It became next to impossible to reach Bar to get him to merely drop off the replacement part so that I could fix it myself (at least a week). Aside from his lack of promptness in his responses overall a fair experience and quality product/installation.

Steve responded quickly and provided a quote right away. He had many moulding options available in various sizes. The job was scheduled within the month and the installers arrived on time (even though it was the morning of an ice storm). They were efficient, tidy and careful. They finished right on time (about 4 hours total to finish 5 rooms). There were a few awkward corners and long walls but the joints are seamless! Thanks guys.
