I called Top Hat after having a baby bird stuck in my fireplace and a squirrel with her new babies in my chimney. Steve was very polite since the beginning and understood how quick I needed to get my chimneys fixed. I had two different crews (Mike and Henry) and both were very professional and finished their work in the amount of time they said it was going to take and within the price that has been given to me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Scott (from Liddle Rascals) came to my house because a baby bird had gotten into my fire place and could not get out. Scott took him out and the baby was reunited with his mother. He decided to check the chimney on the other side of my house because he saw that a brick was missing. Thank goodness for that! He found a mama squirrel and her 5 newborn babies in there. He was amazing at getting the whole family out and we were witnesses of how the mother took all the babies to a new found home. He was truly great with me (the human) and amazing with the animals. He really cares about the animals. I would call him again in an instant (although I hope I don't have to :)

I just had my basement waterproofed by Aqua Tech and I have to say that what I thought was going to be a nightmare, was a breeze. I got different quotes from different companies and Nico was the only one that when he gave me the quote explained to me exactly what I could expect (including the high possibility of needing a sump pump, - which I did). Every detail was perfectly explained and it happened as he had said. The crew, Matuš and Igor were very professional and answered ALL my questions, and I had many!! They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They did an amazing job!
