I really liked the flexibility when booking. The overall clean was really well done and my feedback (minor) was taken into account on the second visit. The house was spotless and the team even went the extra mile and left me some supplies to help maintain certain areas of my home (bathroom mildew spray, etc). Will definitely work with the Dhyana team again.

We phoned Templar when we discovered we had a mould problem in our tenant suite (basement apartment) after our furnace leaked. They promptly came out to take a look. They made themselves quickly available, which was good, given that we had tenants living in the space and we needed the issue dealt with right away. They came and removed part of our wall, as well as part of our floor and sanitized the areas - being sure to let us know that they were using safe products to remove the mould (no bleach, etc). They then realized that there was still water under the rest of the floor, and scheduled time to return (when convenient for our tenants) to remove the rest. All-in-all, we found the work very well done and we now feel safe breathing the air in our home again! They contained everything very well, and the staff were very professional and courteous - sending photos as they did the work, and giving regular updates so we knew what was going on. I found the price to be very reasonable for the work done, and would definitely recommend Templar to others needing Mould/Asbestos removal.

Gary came out to do a quote in November, which we found very reasonable and professional. He was really easy to talk to, and gave us a few good recommendations on how to fix our problem around the roof. He also made sure that he could match the existing colourings on the roof materials, before he accepted the job. We hired his team in March, and the work was done very quickly and with great results. On top of the work they did on the soffits, they also helped move one of our downspouts. The original location we wanted it in would have been problematic, so they chose another spot - but told us to live with it for a few days and see if it felt right. If not, they offered to come back and fix it at no additional charge. We didn't need to call them back, but they made sure we were happy before accepting our payment. They were SO accommodating and easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for work on their eavestroughs, soffits, fascia, etc. In fact, we will be calling them back in the summer to install eavestrough leaf-guards, for sure!

I've worked with Lucas and his team before, and immediately hired them again when I moved to a new home. The original ceiling on the main floor was done really badly by the previous owners, and then we had a leak that needed to be patched, filled & sanded down. Lucas took care of the whole floor to ensure that the leak was taken care of, and the whole ceiling is now consistenly painted and looks great and fresh! He also painted our bedroom which had a very dull ceiling and a few places where you could see tape coming through from the drywall. Lucas recommended an ultra-flat paint and we just LOVE the finish it gave our bedroom - which now looks much softer and brighter. He did some touch ups in our bathroom, too, with some existing paint. Lucas provides a great level of service. I also like how we can provide our own paint, or he can pick it up for you for extra cost savings. I have recommended Lucas to many people, and will continue to do so.

I moved out of my parents' house in April 2011 and used MTR Movers to help me move into my new Townhouse. Making the arrangements was quick and easy with great customer service. On the day of the move, the Movers arrived right on time and laid out runners throughout my parents' house to protect the floors. They provided me with wardrobe boxes and I hung up my clothing and packed it away while they moved all the large furniture pieces. When they arrived at my new home, they put runners down again so as not to damage my new floors. They took extra care with my freshly-painted walls so that there were no scuff marks or any damage. They moved my bed, dressers, boxes and even a BBQ (up three stories!!) into my new home. They also helped me remove an existing damaged BBQ from the property (bringing it down three stories). At the end of the day, the move was a lot quicker than I had anticipated - probably about 4 hours in total, including driving time. I was VERY happy with the service and especially glad that my old and new homes were left clean and my furniture was in perfect condition. I will definitely call MTR Movers again and will recommend them gladly to friends and family.

I decided to work with Lucas & Perfect Touch Interiors after debating over whether to do some painting work myself. Once I had Lucas over for a free estimate and he detailed what he could do to help, I found him very reasonable and trustworthy, so I decided to hire him for the work. So far, I have had a bedroom ceiling (stucco) sealed and painted to remove discolouration. He also painted all of the baseboards & quarter round after a new floor installation. He kept everything very neat and clean - which was a relief after having my new floor installed! All-in-all, I was quite happy with Lucas' work and have already recommended him to two other people. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

After a long search (including many referrals) for the perfect hardwood flooring company, I came across Value/Universal Hardwood Flooring and was very pleasantly surprised. From the beginning, Andrew provided me with excellent information in choosing my flooring. I did not know whether I wanted laminate or engineered hardwood for my new townhouse but, after careful consideration and listenting to my needs/wants, Andrew led me to the best possible product for a price that fit my range. I went with the Koala Klick laminate which was installed in approximately 425 sq ft of space over two floors. The product is really beautiful and the crew did a fantastic job with installation. Andrew came back personally to look at two small areas I was unsure of, and he fixed them quickly and without question. They provided thorough instructions on how to care for my floor, and welcomed me back to the showroom if I ever have questions or concerns. I am really so happy with the product and level of service I received and would highly recommend Value/Universal to anyone.
