Basement bathroom washroom from scratch
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Me and my husband have been putting off finishing our basement for a while now. When we finally decided to start hiring the trades to start working, iplumb was the plumbing contractor referred to us by a good friend. There where no existing drains for a washroom in the basement so the concrete floor had to be broken for the drains to be done. What I thought would have been a nightmare turned out to be a quick process. We had only hired them to do the rough-in part of the job because my husband thought he could do the finishing (install the toilet, faucet and shower trim) but as it turned out he couldn't lol, and we ended up calling them back!
