Very responsive- excellent experience
I had a fairly small move. There was a mix up in dates which was my fault but Narjes in the office solved everything in a few minutes. They were able to pivot to get things done. The movers themselves were quick, professional and friendly. The whole thing came in under the quote! A wonderful experience.
Third time I have had Coretemp and Richard for an install (furnace, air conditioning and now water heater). As always, he was responsive, fast, kind, helpful and did an excellent job. While he was here to do the water heater he did maintenance on my furnace and air-conditioning at no extra charge. He is absolutely lovely to deal with. I have not had any issues with the furnace or air conditioner, each for many years now. I cannot recommend Coretemp highly enough.

I have used Core Temp for a new furnace, air conditioning repairs and then a new air conditioner over the years. Both have worked well and been at a good price but what is amazing is the service they offer. Richard is responsive, troubleshoots on the phone or shows up fast if needed. Highly recommend Core Temp.

Fast, well priced, honest service
My fridge broke. I emailed High Tech Appliance at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. By 8:00 am on Sunday I had a response. Atiar gave me a window of 2-5 Sunday afternoon and said most likely around 3. He called just before 3 and arrived on time. He was able to fix the fridge. He mentioned there might be a further problem but there was no need to spend more money now as the fix he did may be enough. I really appreciated his honesty, and his willingness to come on a Sunday (without extra charge). Polite, honest, very well priced and great work. I would call him again without hesitation.
Once again, Richard is a star. He installed my air conditioner a year ago and my furnace a few years previous. Tonight when I came home it was not working. I called him and he was able to trouble shoot a simple problem for me on the phone, saving me the cost of a service call and a hot night. I really appreciate the extra, personal and fast service. My air conditioning died this week. I called Richard, who had installed my furnace and repaired the air conditioning last year. He came promptly, diagnosed the death of the air conditioner and was able to replace it within a couple of days despite it being a very busy time of year. Each time I have called Richard (my furnace abruptly quit on a January day) he has been responsive, reliable and lovely to deal with. His assistant Eric is also lovely. All in all a great experience.

I purchased a couch from the Elte outlet. I knew what I wanted and visited a few times to find it. The service at Elte was fine, couch came clean and in good shape. What I really wanted to comment on was their delivery service. I just finished a renovation and so have had lots of delivery folks in and out. These guys were terrific, thoughtful, careful, kind, really above and beyond.
Hi hired Dave's based on recommendation from a neighbour and good reviews on Homestars. They were terrific. The guys who came to the house were professional, polite, clean and careful. They were absolutely lovely and did a great job. They told me ducts should be cleaned every 5-7 years, not annually like other companies have done. Honest, reliable.

I awoke to an indoor temperature of 57 degrees on a cold January day. I called CoreTemp based on the reviews on this site. They came quickly, identified the problems in my old furnace. When I figured out it made little sense to attempt significant repairs they were able to install a new furnace that day. It is working beautifully. Great service, great response time.
