Hard to price on great work. Gilson is an amazing individual. He does my landscaping and snow removal as well as numerous projects at the house including interlocking stone, exterior painting, repairs to fences, rebuilding a deck. Replacing boards is another deck, interior small jobs of any kind. If Gilson is unsure if he can do the work himself he will scout around to find a brother/cousin who has the experience What makes him truly wonderful though is his friendly and outgoing nature. Even in big city Toronto Gilson is a guy who will stop his truck or landscaping equipment for a quick hello I have been a happy customer of Total Value Construction for over 7 years and hope to continue for as long as I own my own home

Did not make first appointment cause Len forgot to put it in the book before heading south on vacation but once the mistake was realized they did some shifting and they came the next day Excellent job. It feels like a new bathroom.

Great job cleaning gutters and washing windows this spring. Good bunch of people who work for this company and they check in regularly. The house is fairly large and high at some points and they go everywhere Would recommend

I got a few quotes and Shine was not so willing to come by if I was just going for the cheapest. They were clear regarding quality of service. I still got other quotes and told them to come by. It was their salesmanship at the door that convinced me. Bright engaging young men The job was excellent. I was very happy with their work and am definitely having them back

Jeff has been absolutely amazing. He has come to my home twice now, once because I foolishly did not remember that remotes require batteries and today because I had a gas leak. I knew that because the leak was at the actual pilot valve that I was going to have an expensive day, especially since I have a discontinued fireplace make and model and parts are next to impossible to find. Jeff found them, he sourced a less expensive option to provide the same result saving me about 300.00. The fireplace is now back in working order and Jeff did the cleaning too so it looks fantastic. I really appreciate the work that Jeff does and would recommend him to anyone who requires fireplace maintenance or repairs. Thanks Jeff Lynn

In the spring of 2018 I was looking for someone who would look after my lawns and also do the snow removal in the winter months - one company. I live in an area of Toronto not well serviced and so went on Home Stars to see if I could find something and had about 4 companies over for a quote. Gilson shone out far above the others. He provided me with lawn services at a very reasonable price and agreed to take on a variety of different jobs as well - from painting the boarders of my gardens, painting the lawn furniture, repairing my decks, repairing my cobbles. The list goes on and on. Basically, Gilson is willing to do anything but climb tall ladders to do my eaves. I recommended Gilson to my sister and she loved his work as well. At that location he redid a job that had been done very poorly by another company. He removed the other company's work, redid it and the result has been fantastic. Aside from good work, Gilson is also a lovely man. He and his crew are friendly approachable and always on time. I have loved doing business with him and would recommend him to anyone. Helen Graham

They have not come once this winter as yet despite there being quantities of snow greater than 5 cm over a 24 hour period on at least three occasions. I saw them at my driveway one day with the salting machine but they have never plowed. The plowing is to occur by 7.30 am for overnight and by 5 pm for day time I leave for work at about 8.15 so I have dug out the driveway after 7.30 and after 5 I am very displeased

Peter, Andre and the Gang were wonderful. they arrived at 8.30 and called me at 3.30 to give me a half hour heads up that they would be done. They left at 4.15 and the place looked fantastic. I had five distinct paint colours and lots and lots of angles. Five lovely men were sent to complete the work. The result was crisp clean and properly coated. I cannot say enough about how amazing this group of guys were and how professionally the job was completed. I have subsequently had people in the condo asking me who painted as everyone is very impressed with the job. I did notice some small paint splatters in my bathroom but this is being fixed (as I cannot get it out but they assure me they can). Any time I have people paint for me before, this type of clean up was never acknowledged as needed. Well done gentlemen. You did a wonderful job
