We had to hire a company that could provide us with a background check and a good conduct certificate. Mark has exceeded our expectations with this project. And was able to provide all requested clearences. Since the decision needed to be thru a board of directors, we needed 3 estimates. Victorious Flooring was the only one that brought up possible unforeseen charges and suggested us to remove the existing flooring prior to decide what we need so a better assessment could be provided. And he was right. We changed our carpeting project to vinyl plank flooring once subfloor was exposed and this saved us from possible complications. Very happy with the result and have no hesitations to recommend Victorious Flooring to any commercial or non-profit organizations.
