I recently went to Zellers to purchase some carpet for my front entrance. I got to the till and it rang in wrong, as most of my purchases do. They do not participate in Scanner Code Of Accuracy as most other retailers do. This code is inforced if a product scans wrong then if its under $10 you get it free and if its over $10 you get $10 off. I took the carpet home and it was pulling apart. I returned it 7 days later as that was when I could get there. They accused me of doing damage to it myself. I was very upset and asked to see a manager. He appologised and gave me a $10 gift card for my trouble. I was very pleased.
