Jordan and his team did an awesome job cleaning the driveways on my two side by side rental properties. They were there on time and kept in touch with me all the way through this emergency. Later he gave me a reasonable price to look after these for the rest of the season. I highly recommend 905 Yards Service for your snow removal requirements. A-One!

Whatever you do do not hire this company for snow removal. First, Justin wanted me to pay all the money up front for seasonal snow removal. I thought that was odd and told him so. He agreed to take 1/2 payment starting and two months later the rest. I guess that should have been my first clue about this company and Justin. Snow removal went OK (and I mean just OK, they were far from spectacular) for those two months (almost no snow anyways during that time). After I paid the second installment their workmanship got much worse and finally almost non-existent after the large snow a few days ago. I would call and text all the time as they were late or did not complete the jobs properly. At first Justin would respond then later no response...I ended up calling another company and paying them to do the work. Contractors like this make Home Stars look bad. I have had many good results from Home Stars. I just saw another poor review from another unsatisfied snow customer of Altagracia a few days ago and now it is gone, not sure why because their review was alot like mine and I thought it could not be removed. People need to be warned about this company! I was planning on getting them to do many renos this year. I will not hire them at all now. BEWARE!

James came on time did the quote and advise and then came back on time and transformed my run down garden bed into a wonderful attractive garden. The curb appeal of my property has increased tremendously! I am very happy with the work and will have him do other projects for me. A wonderful contractor experience all around!

The painters were professional and very friendly. Took care not to damage anything. Got the work done according to the time frame allotted. The painting was superb! They exceeded my expectations. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them. And I would definitely hire them again! Thank you guys!

My old pulse furnace died and I needed a new furnace straight away. The Comfort Shoppe came to the rescue again like they have with several of my properties. They had it changed out by the next day and all the mess was cleaned up and I was left with a perfectly operating new Goodman furnace and a happy long term tenant.
