We woke up to a basement flooded with the contents of our hot water tank. Turns out the Whirlpool tank with a 6-yr extended warranty was 6 years and 4 months old! Called a couple of places - Sam Harb Plumbing had us send pictures, gave us a great quote, said they’d be here between 2 - 6 pm. At 2:08, they were here with Halton Gas Works installing a brand new tank! Took them a little over an hour and they left the place spotless (even cleaned up the little water that dribbled out of the old tank on the way out the door!) This is the second time this company has come to our rescue! Professional, prompt, courteous- can’t say enough good things about them!

We wanted to replace our wood fireplace with a gas one and had shopped around a bit. A friend had used Paradigm Venture for their fireplace and recommended them to us. We were really pleased! Their pricing was better than other places we had called and they came to install it within a week and in time for us to hang our Christmas stockings! It was the coldest day of the year, so we thought they might cancel, but they showed up exactly when they said they would. They brought a couple of extra guys with them so they could take turns working outside. They were very neat and tidy and had everything done in just a few hours. My parents happened to be visiting and they didn't even charge me extra for my dad to "supervise" their work! I would highly recommend these guys!

We moved into a 45-year-old house and suspected the ducts had never been cleaned! Vacu-man was recommended to us by the guys who installed our fireplace. When I called them, they gave me a very straight-forward quote. Chris and Devon arrived within the window I was given and were very professional and friendly. They were great to explain what they were doing and confirmed that our ducts were in really bad shape. Everything was done in a couple of hours and they were very neat and tidy. I couldn't believe how clean their truck was! It was also a cold day, so they did everything they could to minimize the heat loss. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Milton or Burlington area.
