I used this company based on a referral from a family member. Eminn was very professional and had a great attitude (I don't hire companies if I don't like the sales rep). I actually thought the company was his as he took care in answering my questions and listening to my concerns about grading the driveway properly. The price was very reasonable and the work was done well. I would definitely use them again. #252

When I contacted the company for a quote and more information, Devon responded quickly and actually provided me with a detailed quote. We went back and forth for several emails as I always ask a lot of questions and he was always prompt and courteous in this replies. I also like the fact that I was quoted one price that was inclusive of everything. Other companies were confusing with their low duct-cleaning price but various add-ons (extra vents, furnace, etc). Devon and Alec arrived at my home on time. They were greeted by my tenant as I was running late. She commented that they were extremely professional when they arrived. They wore masks and followed Covid protocals. They were respectful of my house placing down floor mats and covering all the vents. The job was done within a few hours. Additionally, they were pleasant to deal with, which isn't always the case. After searching around for structural engineers to help with opening up a load-bearing wall, I decided to hire Rigid Frame. The first time I met Arvind and Pehzman, I knew I made the right choice. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They provided drawings in a timely manner and always responded to my questions or concerns. They helped me navigate through the process - especially when dealing with the City Examiner in order to get the drawings approved. I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone looking for structural engineers.

I have ordered 3 bins from Starcrete in the past few months as I am doing a complete floor reno at my house. They are cheaper than most other companies and the owner Octavio is a great guy willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Would definitely use them again!

I recently purchased a new home with 7 exterior doors that needed to have their locks changed. I was planning to rent out two units of the home and needed a system in which I can change the locks easily when a tenant moved out. The first locksmith company I called off the web told me to use the 'Smartkey' lock system. I arranged a time for that locksmith to come and give me a quote but he never bothered showing up - thankfully! I ended up calling Pre-Lock and spoke to Trystan. Right away, I saw the difference in expertise and professionalism. He explained why the SmartKey system wasn't the right choice for my house and suggested a Master key system which made so much more sense. I sent photos of all the doors and he provided me with a quote. We set a time for the service. Alex was the service man that came out. He called me to let me know exactly what time he would arrive... and actually arrived right on the dot. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I paid exactly what I was quoted and the doors actually open and close better than they did before. I will be using Pre-Lock everytime I need a new lock changed and will highly recommend them to all my clients. It's great to see there are companies out there that can still provide great service and do a great job.
