Since the recent sale of my home, I was in need of a quick check for some minor toilet and sink issues that needed to be done before closing. I have used WaterWorks about 3 or 4 times in the last year and without hesitation I called them because of their excellent speedy and reliable customer service. Michael was there the same day to make the necessary adjustments and recommendations. I also enjoy Michael's plumbing tips that he gives from his experience and expertise which I wouldn't know otherwise. Once again, I used Michael and his team at WaterWorks to install a water filtration system in my home. Michael contacted the manufacturer to get specific install instructions, he was fast, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended, you will get great service.

After hiring Michael to fix our bathtub leak with great success, we hired him back a few days later to fix a very loud banging sound that our pipes made at different times of the day. Michael made a recommendation only after installing a special part in one of his client's homes, to make sure it first worked there before suggesting it for our home. The banging sound often jolted us and reverberated through the house so it is such a treat to not hear it anymore! I really appreciate Michael's diligence and the consideration he gives to every job. I was very impressed with Water Works from the moment I watched the video online, to meeting Michael when he showed up to fix a leak in the master bathtub. He worked diligently on a tough job and he was unstoppable until it was 100% fixed. I will not hesitate to hire Michael for any future plumbing needs, in fact, I already did!
