When the plumber showed up, he was unable to fix the toilet because he didn’t have the parts in his truck. He could fix it but we would have to wait until the next day (whenever they had an opening). Not exactly “emergency service”. And despite his inability to do anything (a result of HIS unpreparedness), I was still charged the full $239 for the call. If I wanted someone to show up and shrug their shoulders, I could find someone who would do it for a lot less than $239. What a total waste of my time and money…..save yours and call someone else.

Reliance installed a furnace in my house two weeks ago. The installers were unprepared, they took 9 hours to do the job and it failed the inspection for several safety violations. To date, they have cancelled two appointments to fix their shoddy work and are dodging my calls. I expected them to care about making my furnace safe for my family but apparently safety isn't a priority for them.
