Our thermostat was damaged during renovations and we called Reliance Superior, since we bought our air conditioner from them. The phone call/ booking process was a bit drawn-out and awkward, but worth it for the service once the technician arrived. Rob was professional, courteous, and very personable. He showed up even before the scheduled window, and resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to call Reliance Superior again, or recommend them to others.

Drywall without drama. I would recommend them and use them again if needed, without hesitation. Easy to place an order, staff is responsive and helpful. Discounts were applied automatically (my only "complaint" was they didn't show the discounts -- heck, I loved hearing that they saved me money! haha) Delivery was fast and easy and exactly as promised -- the guys were friendly and communication was good. I wish the rest of my reno went this well.
