We had no cold water in our washing machine and a technician came out, checked it and said we need a new valve. When the tech came back for the 2nd service, he installed the valve and there was still no cold water. He told us to get a plumber. After we paid $450 we changed the washer hose on our own and fixed the problem. We did not need a plumber or a new valve. The tech was not very knowledgeable
