Had 2 new, badly needed exterior doors installed yesterday. Excellent experience all around. The installer, Ghislaine, showed up as scheduled fully aware of the job at hand and fully equipped. Friendly and personable, he explained what he was here to do and then efficiently, professionally and in a very timely manner got everything done with not a speck of mess left behind. Very happy with my experience.

For the last 3 or so years I've had difficulty with my furnace, it, seemingly having a mind of its own when it comes to turning on or not. Several times I've had repair people come and they would clean a sensor and it would be fine for a bit but inevitably back to the old story. Dwayne McCarthy showed up the other day and dug a bit deeper into the problem discovering indeed that a computer panel was not working. he had it ordered from Burlington within minutes and upon its arrival here came and installed the mother board type thing. he was courteous, smiling and friendly throughout, a pleasure to deal with.
