It began with Todd who was very patient explaining each line item on the detailed quote. He spent a lot of time with us and we were very comfortable and trusted that this company was the right choice. Before the project began, we were introduced to Dennis who would be our site supervisor/project mgr. Right from the start we knew Dennis was a true professional. He had great suggestions and made the entire process pretty much stress free. He was always available when needed and his response time to calls or text was within minutes. Can't say enough about him and his great team which included Dave, Ryan, Symak, Sean and anyone else that was missed. This group is one of the hardest working teams I have come across. Never late, always on time, focused on the task at hand, quality craftsmanship, personable and they always left our home spotless. So much so, that the first day of demolition my husband asked if they had even been here. This is a trustworthy and customer loyal company. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and kitchen ceiling. It has breathed new life into our home. Don't hesitate to contact them, I will definitely use them again.

Bath Emporium is a one stop shop with a variety of vanities and products. I had been to a variety of stores but none offered the quality and customer service which I received when I dealt with Jasmeet. She was of tremendous assistance coordinating and explaining different styles, where they were made and ensuring everything worked together. Everything I purchased was made in Canada and the quality is superb. Jasmeet and Kim were always very diligent in returning calls or providing updates. Everything came in on time and was exactly as ordered. I saved alot of time, frustration and money. If you are looking for a quality company with excellent customer service head to Bath Emporium.
