Oven stopped working just as Christmas baking started. Sergei quickly assessed and explained the problem and was able to fix a 40+ year old oven even though the model number was unreadable. He was back within a day with an apprentice. Both were polite, informative, and hard working.
Last Spring our basement flooded. We researched, consulted engineers, and got estimates from five of the best rated contractors. Dave gave us the best proposal and by far exceeded expectations. Dave and his crew were hard working, polite, helpful, and nice to have around. Once the inside walls of the foundation were exposed the job turned out to be more extensive than expected. Two foundation walls had to be removed and rebuilt, other walls were stabilized with Kevlar strapping, and a new garage floor was poured. As well, we decided to enlarge basement windows while the foundation was exposed and close off the cold room. Every step of the way Dave came up with the best solutions and quickly engaged extra workers and materials needed. The price for the original work and the additional work was very reasonable. Waterproofing is expensive, messy, and disruptive but Dave and his crew went above and beyond to make it as smooth as it could be. We are very grateful.
