We engaged Renewal by Andersen to replace the ~20 year-old windows and patio doors to our large family sunroom which had been developing increasing amounts of condensation (and during winter icing between the panes and along the sills) after gradually losing their vacuum seals over time. The total project involved replacing 8 casement windows, 2 large bay windows, 1 swinging and 1 sliding door. Working with Renewal by Andersen was a great experience from beginning to end. Their sales leads provided in-home product demonstrations and answered all our questions clearly and without added upsell pressure. Their installation teams were on-time, extremely professional and very efficient, completing all of the installation work in less than the anticipated time required. The high quality of the workmanship combined with Andersen's lifetime warranty is well-worth the price paid. No matter how warm or cold it may get outside we are now able to comfortably enjoy our family sunroom year-round. We are extremely satisfied with our beautifully renovated front porch, walkways, back yard patio, and stone retaining wall. From start to finish the entire Burl Oak team did a great job on all aspects of our project beginning with demolition and removal of three generations of old flagstone (along with a large tree), installation of a new raised Techo-Bloc patio BBQ nook, new natural stone front walkway and porch, and complete re-build of an existing dry stack stone retaining wall. Thankd to the professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail demonstrated by every member of the Burl Oak team, our home has a new wow factor that we are sure to enjoy for many years to come.

Since David reconfigured and upgraded my home ~10 y.o. A/V systems about 2 years ago, earlier last year we decided it was time to upgrade with some Amazon Firesticks and hit the system refresh button. Just as he did for us the first time, David arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The only difference this time was that he did everything while also carefully following all Covid-19 best practices for hygiene and social distancing. David’s professional expertise and friendly personalized style of service are why we continue to rely on him whenever we need at-home A/V technical support.

Victor did an outstanding job refinishing the 15+ year-old hardwood floors in our front entryway and family living room. Not only did he restore them well above our expectations, he did so quickly, efficiently and with minimal dust impact - not the easiest thing to do considering we remained living in the house throughout the duration of the 5 day job. Victor is very hardworking, trustworthy and reliable, and we will certainly consider working with him again should the need arise in the future.

We've recently moved to Oakville and needed help getting our three televisions and two audio systems set up and wired in our new home, a 1970's vintage house with its share of pre-existing A/V wiring and remodeled rooms. Mike and his team were very friendly, professional and efficient at getting my A/V system re-connected, installing wiring for cable and speakers, wall-mounting a new TV, and properly programming a new universal remote and Sonos sound system to work in three different rooms. They did everything from basic component connections to installing speaker wires behind the walls and ceiling to re-sealing and re-finishing the drywall and baseboards to highest quality standards. Total time for the entire project was approximately one day and a half, with Mike and his team working continuously the entire time. In addition to the excellent service, Mike provided me with very honest, frank and practical advice. I look forward to doing business with Toronto Home Theater again in the future.
