Entire process from initial consultation and design to installation went well. Consultation was in June, and installation happened in August. Some slight wait times due to supply issues. Took two days for one person to install, our installer, Teagan (apologies if I spelled name wrong) was fantastic and did a great job. Good attention to detail, kept things tidy enough that it was simple for me to clean up afterwards. The biggest indicator of a good job is my wife. She is very happy to be able to organize our clothes and the kids clothes finally.

I am one super happy customer! Long story short, after being repeatedly strung along like a piece of dirt by a much bigger HVAC company, which I won't name, but I'll say they weren't "reliable" at all contrary to their name. Michael came to my home and examined my HVAC system and took his time to explain his thoughts on getting a steam humidifier installed. There was no pressure, it was just two guys talking about HVAC systems and options and about the industry. On installation day, Ricardo and Hamid arrived and set out to get working. What I am truly impressed by is that they took their time to make sure things were done right. They always explained what they were thinking and what they were going to do and asked me first to make sure I was okay with that route. My home setup was challenging, because its a small stacked townhome and the mechanical room doesnt give you much to work with, but these guys made it work. Even when they thought they might have had to drill holes into the ceiling on the floor below to get the wiring through, they knew it wasn't something I would have liked, and they figured out another option. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Thank you to the McKinnon team for everything. Within 30 mins I already can see that the humidity in my home has gone from 23% to 35%. I will never own a home without a steam humidifier again, and I know exactly who I will call to install it when I need to.

WagJag offered a deal for Furnace tune-up by Furnace King. I believe Brian was the one doing the work and I am absolutely satisfied by his service. Explained everything he saw to me, answered all my questions and even provided other suggestions for maintaining a safe home. I will definitely be calling Furnace King for future annual checks and sending friends and family to Furnace King.

Wayne and Mike from Northwood came in yesterday to provide the duct cleaning service I requested. Very professional and thorough guys. I have sinuses that are easily irritated, prior to getting the ducts cleaned, i was constantly having sinus issues. When they were about 75% done through the cleaning, I could already tell the difference in air quality. I have a 3 story and 1,280 sq ft townhouse, and the cleaning took about 4 hours. I've had one other duct cleaning experience at my parents much larger home and Northwood easily topped my expectations for thoroughness. The only critique I could say about Northwood, would be the process of getting an appointment setup and having someone call you back for a quote on what you want to do. I'm hoping to get a call from them to do a furnace and humidifier maintenance.
