This is the 5th time in 3 years we have dealt with Fred. Fred is a concientous and customer caring person, he is prompt and reliable always punctual and an expert in his field. The repair was done successfully and in a short time frame, and again we are very satisfied with Fred's excellent customer service. We need more Technicians like Fred. Our furnace broke down at 03:30 am, I was able to contact Cozy World Fred who came immediately over to check, got a new furnace and installed within a day, great service, wok done professional, curteous and I would recommend to my friends, also was thoughtful enough to bring us few heater for the time being.
