Noticed some strange noise from the furnace on Sunday(Nov 10). Called Boris the next day, after talking with him Fred (the technician) called and appointment was set up for Tuesday(Nov 12). Fred came in on Tuesday at around noon time and had the motor replaced. Fred was very helpful and professional, a job well done. I would have no doubt to recommend Cozy World to anyone.

We had a minor problem with our furnace last week. However, the problem was fixed promptly with an email to Boris. Cozy World isn't like the other companies that you'll have a hard time getting them to your door after they have made their sales. Excellent service!

We had our furnace replaced by Cozy World in May 2010. Boris was knowledgeable, honest and very easy to deal with. His quote was the most reasonable among the rest that was offered. As well, his technician, Kam, was professional, helpful and did an excellent job of installing the furnace. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone who needs help in home heating and cooling.
