We had water entering our basement from our side entrance; NGC Contracting set the correct slope, paved the whole area next to our side entrance through to our front yard, and built us a new front porch. We couldn't be happier with Jani and his team - so hard-working, efficient, and conscientious.

Large bin for reno / garden waste
Rob got back to me with a quote very quickly over a weekend, and was able to organize a bin drop off and collection for the Monday/Tuesday. This was extremely helpful as we did not have space to leave a large bin for several days. The whole process was very smooth, from quote to collection to final payment. Rob was courteous and efficient. I would definitely use dump squad again.
I'm delighted with our four new windows, which have transformed our living and dining rooms, as well as two bedrooms. The entire process ran without a hitch, from the initial visit by Ron to provide an estimate, to the fitting of the windows by Diego. A very pleasant experience with this courteous and professional team.

Knob and Tube replacement, wiring upgrade
Bill and Tim at KNT were not only amazingly thorough from start to finish, but also unfailingly courteous. From booking the site visit, to providing a quote and scheduling the work; through to spotting unexpected problems, dovetailing with our painter, and finishing up, everything went like clockwork. Our house is now ready for us to move into and it is so important that we feel safe with our young family. We are enormously grateful to Bill and Tim and their team.
