(1) I understand your frustration with miscommunication on the bin pickup. We misread the email where you were inquiring how long you can keep the bin as you wanted the pickup asap*. Our apologies. This did happen. Your bin was a minimum charge bin anyway as it was not heavy at all.
(2) I promise you that nobody here reported your number as spam and its impossible for a number to be out of service over a single complaint. Wish that it all gets sorted out for you and it really sucks that we are getting blamed for something we didn't do. Until speaking to you earlier today, we didn't know there is a number to call to report spam calls. Our phones show all international calls as "Likely Spam" and we just reject the call and move onto the next caller.
You were a great client who ordered a few bins from us and I am sorry it ended with this. I hope you give us another go in the future and we can earn your business back.
