Boris is the epitome of stellar customer service! He responded to our phone calls immediately, and within 24hrs, he had arrived at our home to review the work we needed done. For our 1st project in February 2019 in downtown Toronto, we needed to move our furnace and 3 water heaters out of the way to have some basement waterproofing done. Our 2nd project was west of the city in October 2020, and involved replacing a very old furnace with a new one. Both times, Boris arrived promptly and was courteous . It was obvious to us that he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He gave us a few different options and explained the scope of the work in detail. Each time his price was reasonable and competitive. He scheduled the work to be done within the week. We were very pleased each time. As for the actual work that was done, I cannot praise Saeed and his team enough. Saeed is a true professional and obviously very skilled. Both times he was prompt, worked quickly, resolved unexpected issues that came up and left the work areas cleaner than he found them. I was so pleased with his work that I would hesitate to ever use another HVAC company. I was exceptionally pleased with Saeed’s work. This review is an honest review and the glowing remarks are all TRUE. Since 2004, I have had to work with contractors and several trades – a couple have left us very disappointed, for various reasons. I must say though, I do hesitate to write negative reviews about these not so great experiences. However, as in the case here, I am happy to provide a great referral when one is merited. Cozy World, Boris, and Saeed, deserve all the accolades I provided in recognition for their commitment and work. We are currently in need of another project to be tackled and we are certainly going to contact Cozy World to attend to it once again!

We called Jason on a Sunday afternoon, to ask him to inspect the roof on our recently purchased home. Not only did he arrive promptly a few hours later, he inspected the roof and completed the repairs the same day. He provided us with a detailed invoice and pictures. Great service. Quality work !

Ken is the best! Professional and highly skilled. Ongoing care and treatment in the Annex. Clients for over 3 years. Competitive pricing ! Very happy clients! Ken has always responded to our calls immediately. He is very knowledgeable. He is prompt, reliable and polite. Most importantly, he resloves the mice issue each time. Unfortunately, we live downtown and the mice issue is a problem every spring and fall. Great service. Quality work !

Superior customer service and work ! I contacted D4L, frantic for a contractor, with less than 1 weeks notice. D4L was referred to me by another trades person I was working with. Jeevan and Katie are a professional, personable and very knowledgeable team. I was immediately put at ease and promised the restoration work would be completed within the time agreed upon. It was ! Basically, I had a basement leak to repair, which resulted in walls being torn down. I had given them less than one week's notice, and I could only allocate 2 days to complete the restoration....and.....it had to be started on a Thursday! I was scheduling different trades people for different jobs and needed a contractor on the Thursday. D4L was given short notice and several restrictions to work around. Jeevan was my first contact. He came to our home the next day. He was prompt, professional and provided me with a game plan and a fair quote the same day. He also gave me some colour suggestions for paint, which I followed through with. I am very pleased with the results! My next contact was Katie. She came by with a well written and thorough contract, which I really appreciated. Katie is such a pleasant person. She kept in touch with me for the duration of the job, and followed up with me after the job was completed as well. Ken and his partner worked on our basement laundry room for 2 days. They put up drywall, baseboards and painted. I am so pleased with Ken's work!! He obviously takes pride in his work and he was very careful to pay attention to details. I truly appreciate people who take pride in their workmanship, it's obvious that Ken does. Katie also came by to check on the job site to make sure everything was going well. I was impressed as I did not expect her to drive so far, just to check in on a relatively uncomplicated 2 day job. All in all we are so very pleased with the results. My interactions with Jeevan and Katie was a 5 star experience for me! This "minor" leak issue, caused significant stress for our family however, hiring D4L for the restoration work, was one if the best choices we could have made. We look forward to one day soon, working with Jeevan and Katie again. I highly recommend this team!

From my initial phone call, to job completion, the costumer service was impressive! We had an issue in our home that needed immediate attention. I was referred to The Mold Guy by my friend who was happy with the work as well. After having used the services of another company for a prior job, I can give an honest review in comparison. My initial conversation with Kay was very informative. I was a bit frantic when I called her as I needed this resolved immediately and in short notice. Kay was very informative and explained the whole process in detail. She was quite calm and helped me navigate the steps from identifying the mold issue, to removal, to remediation. She scheduled Ross to come in and investigate the issue within a couple of days. A very pleasant first conversation with this company was an indication of the work to come. I do not want to disparage anyone here, but prior to finding The Mold Guy, we had used a different mold company for an inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. In comparison, when Ross Sullivan arrived at our home, he was not only prompt, he was also courteous and pleasant. What a breath of fresh air.…no pun intended….! It was clear almost immediately, that Ross is a highly skilled individual. He not only accurately assessed the mold problem within minutes, he also offered insight to a leak issue that had caused the mold problem to begin with. After a few other inspections at the house to resolve our leak issue, he was the first person to actually move my washer and dryer to find the route of the water related to the leak. Once he was done, Ross noted the work that had to be done and quoted me a very fair yet competitive price! Phil and Johnny were at our home within days to start the work. The work was done in only a few hours. They removed the mold and all impacted materials, vacuumed everywhere, disinfected the impacted areas, painted everything with mold resistant paint and washed down all the surfaces when they were done. They left the area tidy and clean! Overall, this experience was really easy, pleasant and very fairly priced. No complaints at all!! Unfortunately, we have another mold issue with our new property, but fortunately, we know who we are going to call !
