Ryan and his team built us a beautiful deck. Of the three decking companies I contacted he had the most impressive portfolio of photos of his completed projects. He gave us a very reasonable quote and a good start date. He and his crew showed up on time, completed the project quickly and left no mess. During the project we requested an added on partition which they executed beautifully from a photo I provided. Pretty much the best experience I've had with a contractor.

Sia Masons helped us out when we were desparate: our kitchen contractor disappeared leaving us with a gaping hole at the end of October! Sia Masons promptly came to beautifully finish the job. As well, we had them finish an exterior wall of which we had exposed the brick. This took some finesse as the bricks and mortar were quite sloppily done (never intended to be seen). All timely and for a great price!

Very good service. Button's rep, Ricardo, was a great first point of contact, explaining everything thoroughly and checking in on the day of installation. The installers were polite and thorough. We had one issue come up: The installers wanted to install the new air conditioner on top of the old concrete slap, which was smaller than the new unit. My husband saw this and objected. They were very compliant and removed the old slab, then installed a new proper sized one--just proves you have to be on site when any work is being done! Overall, a very good experience.

After finishing about 80% of the job (without any major problems, complaints or disagreements), Lawrence of Classic Renovations pretty much dropped off the face of the earth, leaving us with a very large whole under our kitchen window and $2000 worth of undone masonry work (which we had paid for--so stupid of us!). When his workmen stopped showing up I made many attempts to contact him via phone, text, and email, which he never responded to. I've done further investigation via the internet and cannot find his name or his company registered anywhere. His website, which I had originally looked at, is now down. I've given him many opportunities to come clean and settle up with us, but to no avail.
