I had a plumbing problem from a job they did just over 1 year ago. I hired a professional plumber to fix the plumbing and was left with a big hole in the ceiling to be patched with drywall. They wanted to put in the drywall, tape and mud it and paint it all in one day. He put on the first coat of mud, then used a hairdryer to speed the drying process. Then less than 20 minutes later he was on to the second coat of mud. I stopped him after this saying it needs time to dry before paint. I got into a huge screaming match with Emil as he says this is how they work. They came back the next day, sanded it, paint and primer first coat. Then 10 minutes later he was putting on the second coat. They just want to finish the job as quickly as possible with no regard for the finished product or how long it will last. I will never deal with this company again. I know i will have to redo this. I overpaid for this job which they should have done for free since it was their work that caused the issue in the first place. It cost me more than the plumbing work.

I have no record of the transaction or the work order. They never called to confirm when they were coming to install They showed up at 11:30 (left at 6:30).They did not bring the nosing or the t-molding, which we paid for and needed (floor is not flush with the bathroom entrances) They did not install baseboards, which was in the work order They did not notify us when they would return to finish the work One box was the wrong product and could not finish the floor (installers knew before that 1 box was incorrect and did not notify us) We asked the installers to start with the kids room, that was the room that was left unfinished. The product has 4 different colors, looks like a checkerboard. The product was not installed within 7 days of purchase, as per website. Some of the installed boards are damaged, (kids room) and there are some staple bumps. As a result our house is upside down, kids have been sleeping in the living room, and all our clothes are in bags.
