4 Windows and 2 sliding patio doors, May-2024 For the quotation - Steven has described exactly what will be done without trying to sell me anything extra, which does not really have to be done (like most of other quotes I received). Steven provided quotation with all the details, as I requested, covering everything materials, labour and any potential damages that they would fix at no additional cost. Max, the installer, was just amazing - very meticulous in taking measurements to having the installation done. Max pays attention to every detail and the job that he had done, including aluminum capping, was the best I have ever seen over many years in having house maintenance. There was a little defect (pinch in the patio door sealant, inside) that I noticed after the installation - Steven had attended to it right after I told him and arranged for service within days (which has already been completed)

I needed to replace the existing metal cap on a parapet brick wall (coping), which involved removing the existing wood and membrane under the metal cap and covering bricks with a proper membrane, installing wood on top and covering wood with a proper membrane and then installing a metal cap on top. I had a number of estimates and promises to start work from different contactors. And noone actually showed up, often just coming up with some silly excuses or trying to upsell me on more work. My only regret that I have not contacted Quality Restorations sooner. Doug, from Quality Restorations, provided me with the estimate almost right after I contacted him. Agreed to all the specifications I provided for the project and indicated some missing details. He provided me with a reasonable estimate and exactly when the work will start. The work started on the day when Doug promised and was completed within 2 days. They even removed railings which were initially on top and neatly placed them on the side of the house, as I have requested. The job site was clean and the completed job was very neat, including covering all the gaps with the professional caulking matching the colour to the bricks (as I have requested). I just can't say enough about how satisfied I was with the overall job and experience dealing with the Quality Restorations. Definitely would recommend them and Definitely will use them again, when required. Thank you, Quality Restorations.

The person, who did the estimate (Paul) was very thorough and explained different options and costs and patiently asnswered all the questions The team that did the roof was very good. Any issues that were noticed during the job were quickly commnicated to me by the foreman (Trevor) and a solution and the cost was explained (e.g. installing vents at the bottom of the roof to improve ventilation). Any small defficiencies that I noticed after the job was completed were fixed very quickly. Evestroughs team (foreman: Sean) was excellent as well, did a very good job. Some of the details of the job that were explained to me by Paull, seem to not have been fully communicated to the Evestroughs team, but the people at the Cherry and Clark quickly dispatched the team back and had it corrected with no quesiton or arguments. Aluminum capping above the window was done well as well. Before charging the balance to the Credit Card that I left as a payment - the billing department would call me and ask me if I was satisfied with the job and if they can proceed with billing the balance. They did it after the Roof and capping was completed and after the Evestroughs were completed (since they were on 2 separate contracts). And they would not charge the card until I was satisfied that the job was completed. Overall I was very satisfied with the company on every step of their execution from selling to billing.

Needed to correct the previous aluminum capping of the wood around the windows that was done by the company that installed windows and needed to cover wood with aluminum siding between 2 windows. Zale (the estimator) was very thorough in identifying everything that needed to be done and Steve (the Aluminum capper) was very meticulous with great attention to every detail. Great job.
