We hired Sam to repair and finish the opening from the Dining Room to the Kitchen. We have to enlarge the opening to be able to move our new refrigerator into the kitchen as both the existing openings were too narrow. I was able to remove the existing steel frame and get the fridge installed. Same came by to get a good look at the job requirements and we agreed to go ahead with the job. Same came in on Saturday morning and completed the job on Sunday evening. The completed job looks like the apartment was not touched but the opening was widened and finished very professionally. Our garage door was not opening correctly and was "clunking" at the start. I did a search and Easy Access Garage Doors popped up - I prefer to deal with small owner-operator service business and discovered Chris' business. I called and explained our issue. He said he would be able to come by in the afternoon and I had a deadline for his call as we were heading to Barrie in the afternoon. Chris called to say he could be at our house by 1.15/1.30 and agreed to have him come and access the problem. He did give me an estimate for the call and accepted this. He and Andrew came by and without a couple of minutes identified the problem and quoted me for the repair. This required a gear and sprocket which he had in his truck inventory. He advised that he might take longer than my required departure time. I agreed and he completed the repair and recalibrated the door travel. When he left, everything was working perfectly. Chris, Andrew and Easy Access Garage Doors did a great job, on time and for a fair price. If you're looking for EXCELLENT garage door service, don't hesitate to call them.

We ordered the awning with power winder and it was installed as promised. We had an issue with the mounting of the system and Rolltech came back on two occasions, the second was to reinstall with a revised mounting design. We have been extremely pleased since then and the awning is up and operational and continues to give us pleasure when used. Today we popped in and required some parts that had worn - Helen provided the parts and instructions for installation-no charge. Now this is service - well done :-)
