I just signed up for a new furnace and air conditioner (rental) so the installation is free. Derek and Chris arrived shortly after their phone call to say they would be there around 9 a.m. and did not stop working until 15:30. They explained everything they would be doing and wanted my approval for modifications needed for the new equipment. Very professional guys, happy to answer any questions and concerns. Spent time explaining the new thermostat and operation of the equipment. When they left you would never know they had been there as the cleaned and swept all work areas. If you need work done make sure you ask for Derek and Chris you will not be disappointed.

Did not call them first, bad mistake. The first company did not even show up after waiting 7 hours. Went on the internet and found DrainPro right away. Gave them a call and they had a repair man at the door at 8 in the morning to do the work. Was quite concerned of the condition of the water pipes and that they might start leaking. Tyler agreed they were in very poor condition and identified the work required and the cost on the spot. Problem solved and very pleased with the cost and the workman ship.
