Customer service is horrible. They will make up things to get you off the phone and just transfer you from one department to another. I had a false alarm because the system isn't working. Their solution was to turn off the zone that was faulty. No point having an alarm if their solution is to turn off the monitoring. Their retention department will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Do not believe them. I'm sure you would have better customer service from any other company, and at 1/3 of the price.
