Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Alan, Alex and the rest of the team did an excellent job on the windows. The whole team is very polite and worked quietly and did a great job installing the all the windows. I would absolutely recommend them. I am very pleased.

I had a huge birch which was dead and needed taken down as well as pruning on two very large silver maples and some other trees as well. The team from Derek's led by arborist Peter did an amazing job. Arriving early everyday they completed the work in a couple of days and left the yard looking great. Climbing trees is dangerous work and should be left to pros like Peter. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to others. Thanks Peter and your assistants as well who did a great job.

WE HAVE A HUGE OLD NORWAY MAPLE IN OUR BACKYARD. I MET CRAIG WHEN HE WAS WORKING ON A NEIGHBOURS TREE AND HE ADVISED ME ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THE TREE AND STILL SAVE THE TREE. CRAIG AND HIS CREW CAME ON TIME AND WORKED STEADILY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THEY CUT FOUR HUGE LIMBS AND DID A GREAT JOB! CRAIG AND HIS CREW WORKED SAFELY AND WERE POLITE AND ARE REALLY NICE GUYS. THEIR WORK WAS TOP NOTCH AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. PROFESSIONAL,SKILLED AND COURTEOUS AND A VERY FAIR PRICE...WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK! TO SUM UP WE ARE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORK CB TREE DID FOR US.

I'M GLAD WE HAD THE GOOD FORTUNE TO MEET YOU THAT DAY AND EVENTUALLY LOOK AFTER THIS WORK FOR YOU. ANY TIME WE CAN SOLVE A TREE PROBLEM WITHOUT REMOVING THE TREE, IS A GOOD THING. I APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME TO REVIEW US AS WELL AS THE TIM HORTON'S YOU SURPRISED US WITH WHEN WE WERE WORKING.
