Frechette has provided service for our property for over four years, and have always been pleasant to communicate with, dependable in their provision of services, and very professional. Our grass is certainly much healthier than most neighbours who use other services, though moss is an issue (likely secondary to overshading from tall trees, etc.). Frechette is particularly cognizant of avoiding services if they deem that another day would be more effective (e.g. if the grass is covered/inaccessible, they will come back on another day).

Conan was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly technician, whom we trusted with confidence. Other appliance technicians that we have used did not do as confident or as thorough of a job as Conan. Small issues included difficult access to customer service, which is due to the popularity of this company, and an error in the ordering of replacement fridge parts. Work Order 363701
