We hired PlanitBuilders in January to do a complete basement remodel which was to take 10-12 weeks and they completed the renovation on time. Initially, we met with the architect to do a complete re-design, then with the interior designer for product selections, and we picked out lighting. We had everything demolished to the studs and had some plumbing moved. Then, we had all the framing done, etc. Our Site Supervisor (Brian) worked really hard to keep everything on track as the trades came in to do their work. He was quick to respond to our questions and explained the process at each stage really well. From start to finish, PlanitBuilders were true to their word. We love our new basement and it looks awesome. We highly recommend them!!!

We hired Victoria Professional Movers to move furniture, etc. from the Pod on our deck back to our newly renovated basement. Ryan and Elia (sp?) not only brought their professionalism and expertise as they also brought their smiles, great attitudes and willingness to listen to where we wanted them to put the furniture, etc. They were very careful and did not damage anything. They finished the job in 1.5 hours (even though I paid for 3 hours plus 1 hour of travel). We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had two large trees removed (40' Austrian Pine and 50' Spruce) plus 6 hedge type bushes removed from our front and back yard. The trees were really old, overgrown, and dying, not to mention the root system ruining the yard. Jeremy and Mike showed up on time, did the work in a timely fashion, and their clean up was really good too. They were friendly and easy to work with. Also, Jeremy dealt with the neighbours kindly asking them to park elsewhere and dealt with the neighbours' questions in general. Wood was all taken away by someone, some neighbours, and by Jeremy. Not the cheapest quote, but they offered everything we wanted to have completed. We were really happy with their work and would highly recommend Open Canopy Tree & Landscape any time to anyone!!!
