Though I sought quotes from three other companies, Eaves Experts were the only company who had the expertise to undertake the repair of leaf guards and troughs. They are competent and cheerful. Highly recommended.

Accuserve conducted a comprehensive site survey of both the outgoing ductless AC units, and the remainder of the HVAC equipment in the house. They pointed out several equipment issues that were hitherto undisclosed by our previous maintenance provider and listened carefully to our requirements. Their subsequent quote was prompt, complete and competitive. Upon request, they also provided a quote for maintaining the whole house HVAC system. Schedule for removal the outgoing compressor was key so that the old roofing material could be removed and replaced; this was easy to arrange and Accuserve made good on their dates. They also met their schedule commitment for installing the new ductless system. Most impressive of all was the immaculate installation of the exterior and interior units. Patrick and Gareth removed the old Velux skylight and its curb, which entailed digging through many layers of old asphalt and torch-down roofing: a really dirty job. They built a new curb and installed the new Velux skylight, paying great attention to insulation and water proofing. They worked closely and cooperatively with the roofers (HTR Duradek) and were cordial and attentive throughout. These guys really know skylights and are highly recommended!

This is the second flat roof that HTR Duradek has installed for us in this house, which is a Victorian semi in downtown Toronto. The old flat roof had many layers of asphalt and torch-down. HTR Duradek removed the old layers and installed insulation and Duradek in its place. The work was done with speed, safety and as much cleanliness as could be expected: the end result was first class. The team worked well with other contractors present and were cordial and attentive throughout. The team also attended to a few minor maintenance issues with the previous installation. This company is highly recommended.

Excellent sales, on-site measurement, manufacture and installation. Quality seems top notch, and inline were able to provide a triple glazed unit, where others said they could not. Highly recommended for bespoke windows.

The issue was only a blocked drain, and not a big deal, but it can be frustrating to get someone to fix the problem. It needed specialized equipment in the form of a powered snake, and was not an easy do-it-yourself fix. In come Mr. Rooter and get the job done with speed and courtesy. No hassle; job done. Special call out to their technician Bruce Tehrani, who was knowledgeable, friendly and (most important) a good plumber.
