Don’t use this company! What a rip off. They removed filters on our oven hood. Told us to clean them and then replace ourselves. They did not show us how to reinstall them. They said it was easy, and it was impossible to replace. They refused to come and put them back in. We had to pay for someone else to come and finish the job as they left us with our hood unusable. We hired and paid for them to do the d tire job and they didn’t finish it. DO NOT USE!!!!

My sister and I booked Hercules to move our parents’ full house furnishings to an apartment based upon the excellent job they did with our grandmother’s piano last month. Second time was as good as the first. Three strong, exceedingly polite, patient and competent young men - Pranus, Vitalius and Vladimir - came on time and did a meticulous job. These kind of moves, especially when an apartment elevator is a factor, can take more time than anticipated so I would recommend that customers ask for the full time range the move might take. While the move took longer than first estimated, we were given a clear indication of the hourly rate and that the final price would be based upon the actual time it took. We were glad they did not rush the job but instead took painstaking care with all the furniture, wrapping all in plastic so absolutely nothing was scratched. Igor, the owner, was always a phone call away if there were questions although none were necessary as everything had been carefully thought out. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for A-1 movers. They really helped to make a potentially stressful day, way less so!
